THE PROMOTION GUIDES

Instagram video promotion.
Start with the brief.

Turn your next Reel or video into a focused campaign plan. Prepare the hook, audience, destination and budget together, then review the creative before publishing on Instagram.

Plan your Instagram campaign

01 / PICK THE PLACEMENT

Design for the way people watch

Decide whether your campaign is for Reels, Stories or the feed before producing the video. Meta recommends vertical 9:16 creative, audio and important messages inside the safe zone for Reels ads. Preview the actual placement so interface controls do not cover the offer.

Organic posts and paid ads serve different purposes. For organic posts, plan content your audience will find useful. For paid reach, review account eligibility, creative rights and the available placements in Instagram or Meta Ads Manager.

02 / SHAPE THE STORY

One promise. One next step.

  1. Open with the benefit. Show what the viewer can learn, solve or discover. Keep the opening relevant to the landing page.
  2. Make the message readable. Use captions when helpful and keep key text away from interface controls. Check the final video on a phone.
  3. Choose a destination. Use one clear call to action and an accurate page. Add a campaign tag to compare traffic from different channels.
  4. Plan a small experiment. Compare a specific hook or audience, keep a clear total budget and evaluate results against the chosen objective.

Before you publish

Can I connect Instagram and boost a Reel here?

The Studio currently creates campaign plans and exports. Account connection, publication and ad delivery happen separately through Instagram or Meta's tools.

Does the Studio create the finished video?

It prepares editable copy and creative guidance. Produce the video separately, check music and footage permissions, then preview it in the intended placement.
