These Terms of Use describe the basic terms for accessing and using AI Governance Hub website and product experiences.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Governance Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or product.

2. Product Purpose

AI Governance Hub is intended to support AI governance, risk management, review workflows, compliance tracking, vendor governance, audit readiness, and executive reporting.

Cinema & Sports Fan Challenge

The Fan Challenge offers three free sample questions and an optional ten-question round for ₹19 total, including GST (₹16.10 plus ₹2.90 GST). One payment buys one round. It is for adults aged 18 or older. There is no subscription, cash prize, wager, IQ measurement or certification. Film, performer, sport and team references are knowledge subjects; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Keep the tab open through payment and play. The paid round has a 24-hour submission window from verified activation, within a seven-day access period starting when its preview was created. The scorecard and friend link expire with that access period. A friend can try a free preview; each friend's full round requires its own ₹19 payment. The launch packs use a curated question bank, so questions can repeat. Shared links preserve the same question set while valid. Anonymous rankings are optional, count completed attempts on that exact set and allow tied ranks; they are not population rankings or a count of unique people. Download or print your scorecard before expiry.

You may share the provided scorecard and challenge link. Please report a factual question error or access problem to support. Refund review for a platform access failure or duplicate charge follows the Refund Policy; statutory rights remain unaffected.

AI Governance Hub provides governance workflow support and informational outputs. It does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, audit, security, or professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for final decisions.

5. Marketplace and Platform Terms

When AI Governance Hub is installed or used through Atlassian Marketplace, usage may also be governed by Atlassian Marketplace terms, Atlassian End User Agreement terms, and any applicable customer workspace policies.

6. Intellectual Property

AI Governance Hub, including its name, branding, content, designs, workflows, and product materials, is owned by AI Governance Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute product materials except as permitted by law or written permission.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue website or product features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

8. Refunds

Website assessment and Fan Challenge purchases may be eligible for refund review within 7 calendar days of payment, subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are not automatic — contact support@aigovernancehub.ai with your order details. Atlassian Marketplace subscriptions follow Atlassian billing and refund terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Governance Hub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts at our registered place of business in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
