Refund Policy

Digital assessment reports

Guided assessments are digital goods. Your full executive report — HTML, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and text summary — is generated immediately after server-verified payment.

When refunds apply

We consider refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 calendar days when:

• A verified platform error prevented report delivery after successful payment
• Duplicate charges occurred for the same assessment
• Payment was verified but no report record was created (contact support immediately)

Refunds are generally not available once reports have been successfully generated and downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email support@aigovernancehub.ai with:

• Your checkout email address
• Order or payment reference (from Razorpay confirmation)
• Brief description of the issue

Target response: within 1 business day. Resolution target: within 5 business days.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. AI Governance Hub does not store card, UPI, or banking details. Refund processing follows Razorpay and your payment method provider timelines.

Enterprise assessments

Custom enterprise quotes and payment links are governed by the commercial terms agreed with sales. Contact sales@aigovernancehub.ai.
