How do I export from Jira?
Open your project → Search issues → Export → CSV (All fields). Step-by-step instructions appear when you select Jira Cloud in the assessment wizard.
Do I need to modify my export?
No manual edits required if required columns are present. Use our sample templates if your export is missing Issue Key, Summary, Description, Issue Type, Status, or Project.
Can I upload custom fields?
Yes. Custom fields are optional and improve analysis depth. Required columns must still be present.
How are AI-related work items identified?
We scan summaries, descriptions, and labels for AI, LLM, and automation signals using governance-weighted keyword and context analysis — no Jira expertise required.
How is Governance Score calculated?
Score reflects high-risk ratio, AI-related work item coverage, and medium-risk volume across your upload — shown in your free preview before payment.
What happens after payment?
After server-side Razorpay verification, your full report is generated immediately for download. Email delivery and recovery links are sent when SMTP is configured.
How long are files stored?
