How do I purchase for my organization?

How do I get an invoice after self-serve checkout?
Sign in to My Reports or use Recover My Report with your checkout email, then download your invoice from the dashboard.
How do we upgrade to continuous Jira governance?
After your Executive Assessment, install the Marketplace app for ongoing reviews and approvals inside Jira. Website assessments and Marketplace subscriptions are separate purchases.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Enterprise assessments (typically 1,001+ work items or procurement requirements) are coordinated through sales. PO references and invoice arrangements are handled case-by-case — contact sales with your procurement requirements.
Do you support USD / EUR pricing?
Self-serve checkout displays INR via Razorpay with currency selection where supported. Enterprise quotes can be scoped in your preferred currency through sales.
What is the vendor legal entity and tax documentation?
Provide your procurement template to sales@aigovernancehub.ai. We respond within 1–2 business days with available registration and tax details.
Is there a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report?
We publish our Security Policy and Trust Center documentation. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification unless separately contracted and documented. Security questionnaires: security@aigovernancehub.ai.
Where is assessment data processed and stored?
Website uploads are processed on our serverless infrastructure with TLS in transit and secure persistent storage for report delivery. Production Jira workflows run in your Atlassian tenant via Forge. See Trust Center for retention (90-day reports, ~24-hour pending upload sessions).
Can we get a DPA or BAA?
Contact security@aigovernancehub.ai with your requirements. We do not represent that the website assessment alone satisfies HIPAA or banking regulatory obligations.
