THE PROMOTION GUIDES · REVIEW BEFORE LAUNCH

AI promotion planning,
with a reviewed campaign brief.

Give an approved AI assistant a focused brief, compare its suggestions with your business facts, then turn the reviewed decisions into a channel plan.

Build your campaign brief

This is an educational AI-assisted marketing campaign planning guide. The current Studio uses editable templates; it does not call an AI model, generate finished videos or publish campaigns.

01 / START WITH FACTS

Give the draft a useful boundary

AI-assisted promotion planning starts with decisions you can verify. Choose one outcome and provide only the details needed to explore it.

  1. Outcome: website visits, qualified enquiries or a different measurable action. Decide how you will verify that action.
  2. Audience: relevant locations, language, customer needs and exclusions. Use a broad audience description, not a customer list.
  3. Offer: approved products, actual price or discount, eligibility and end date. Mark an undecided detail as unknown.
  4. Channels and limits: chosen platforms, total planning budget, dates and available creative formats.
  5. Evidence: approved product facts and source links. Request questions when the evidence is incomplete.

Keep customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, credentials, private financial records and unpublished client work out of a public AI prompt. Use synthetic or approved public business details, and follow your organization's policy for external AI tools.

02 / ASK FOR A REVIEWABLE DRAFT

A campaign-planning prompt you can adapt

Copy this prompt into an AI tool your organization approves. Replace the bracketed fields and remove any information that you are not authorized to share. Nothing is sent to an AI service from this page.

Select the prompt text, then use your device's copy command. This read-only box is a prompt example, not an AI chat or a submission form.

03 / CHECK THE DRAFT

A fictional example, with a clear review

Approved input

A homewares business in Hyderabad wants website visits to a ceramic gift collection. It has product photos and a collection page. No discount or free-delivery offer has been approved. The owner is considering Instagram, YouTube and permission-based WhatsApp sharing.

Illustrative draft to review

Explore gift-ready ceramics for your festive table. View the collection and check availability.

This example was written for the guide; it is not a live AI result or evidence of campaign performance. Check the collection link, photos, availability and final wording with the business owner before using it.

Claims to challenge

If a draft adds “50% off,” “free delivery,” “only two left” or “guaranteed orders,” ask for the supporting business evidence. Remove unsupported claims instead of treating fluent wording as a verified offer.

04 / TURN THE DRAFT INTO A PLAN

Review, measure, then decide

  • Facts and creative: confirm prices, dates, eligibility, language, image rights and every product claim.
  • Channel fit: review the final placement's format and platform requirements. An approved brief is still different from an uploaded, approved advertisement.
  • Budget: check that proposed allocations add up. A split suggested by AI or a template is a planning hypothesis, not a forecast or a live spending limit.
  • Measurement: choose tagged destinations and verified conversion reporting. Record the reporting period and compare the intended outcome with actual results.
  • Ownership: name the person who approves the message and the person who launches it through the chosen platform.

Move the reviewed hook, copy, audience and call to action into Brand Promotion Studio. Review its tagged links and optional planned allocations, then download the campaign package. Account connections and live publishing are not available in the Studio.

Build your reviewed brief

Before you use AI for promotion

Does Brand Promotion Studio generate this plan with AI?

No. The current Studio provides editable campaign templates and local planning tools. This guide shows how to review suggestions from a separate AI tool you choose and are authorized to use.

Will this improve Google ranking or guarantee sales?

A campaign brief does not establish search ranking or future sales. Check Search Console for reported organic visibility and use the relevant platform and conversion reports to evaluate a launched campaign.

Can I send a customer list to get a more detailed plan?

Use a broad or synthetic audience description for this workflow. Share personal or confidential data only through an explicitly authorized process and approved tool under your organization's policy.
