THE PROMOTION GUIDES
Brand promotion strategy.
From goal to next step.
Decide what the campaign should achieve, who it should reach and how you will judge it. Turn those decisions into one practical brief across your selected channels.

01 / AGREE ON THE OUTCOME
Give the campaign one primary job
A brand promotion strategy connects the offer to a business objective. Choose a result you can observe, such as qualified enquiries, booked demonstrations, relevant website visits or completed orders. Record where that result will be measured and who will review it.
Awareness, traffic and sales are different outcomes. A video view does not establish a qualified lead, and a tagged link does not establish a purchase. Keep the headline metric aligned with the job you chose.
A usable objective
“Introduce our new service to eligible local businesses, direct interested viewers to one explanation page and record qualified enquiries during the campaign window.” Add your own target only when you have a defensible baseline and delivery capacity.
02 / DEFINE WHO IT IS FOR
Describe a customer need you can serve
- Need: what the customer is trying to solve or choose.
- Fit: location, language, availability and relevant buying situation.
- Evidence: the demonstration, explanation or genuine product detail that supports the offer.
- Next step: one consistent destination and action.
Use business-relevant audience criteria and customer information you are authorized to use. Avoid inferring private personal characteristics or buying contact lists to expand a campaign.
03 / GIVE EACH CHANNEL A ROLE
Build a multichannel marketing campaign plan
| Role | Possible channel | Brief decision |
|---|---|---|
| Introduce the product | Instagram, Facebook or YouTube | Which opening and demonstration makes the benefit understandable? |
| Explain the choice | A useful landing page or longer video | Which question must a visitor answer before taking the next step? |
| Respond to existing interest | Your own support workflow or permission-based WhatsApp conversation | Who replies, with which approved information and response expectations? |
| Measure the outcome | Provider reports and your own verified business records | How will you identify the campaign and avoid counting the same outcome twice? |
Start with the channels you can operate and measure well. The Studio combines briefs for its selectable channels; account connections, publication and ad delivery are configured separately. WhatsApp messaging remains a separate manual workflow.
04 / ASSIGN THE BUDGET
Separate planning amounts from live controls
Write down the total campaign amount, dates, creative-production costs and the person allowed to approve changes. Brand Promotion Studio can split an optional planning budget across selected channels. That allocation does not set a daily provider limit or predict results.
For a first experiment, change one major variable at a time, such as the opening hook or audience definition. Define what you need to observe before increasing the budget. Use actual delivery and business outcomes to make that decision.
05 / KEEP A MEASUREMENT SHEET
Compare spend with the result you chose
| Measure | Definition and limit |
|---|---|
| Campaign spend | Actual comparable provider/production costs for the chosen window; keep different currencies and tax bases separate. |
| Qualified enquiries | Distinct enquiries that meet your documented criteria; remove duplicates. |
| Cost per qualified enquiry | Comparable campaign spend ÷ qualified enquiries. If there are none, report unavailable rather than dividing by zero. |
| Completed outcomes | Verified orders, bookings or another agreed result, with cancellations and attribution limits stated. |
Use the generated tagged links in the final destinations where appropriate. Tags can help your configured analytics identify a source; the Studio does not collect conversion data or calculate realized ROI.
Before you approve the plan
What makes this strategic rather than a list of posts?
Each channel and creative choice should support a defined customer need and business outcome, within an approved budget and review process. Remove activities that do not have a clear role.
Is this an AI-generated strategy or an automatic optimizer?
No. The current Studio uses editable templates and your inputs. You review the strategy, supply the final creative and evaluate actual results. Read the AI promotion planning guide for a separate, human-reviewed drafting workflow.
Will following the guide guarantee leads or a first Google position?
No. It structures campaign decisions and review. Search rankings, ad delivery and customer response depend on many factors and must be measured separately.
